Can you believe I made all of this in less than 20 minutes ⁉️
When I don’t have much time throughout the week I always go for a rotisserie chicken. You can use it in salad, sandwiches and my favorite — nachos! See the recipe below to make your own
1. Preheat oven to 325° F
2. Sauté chicken in cannabutter and taco seasoning for 5 minutes
3. Add tortilla chips evenly to nonstick sheet pan
4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on chips and place in oven for 5 minutes
5. Add chicken to chips, the rest of the cheese and bake for another 4 minutes
6. Top nachos off with avocado, red onion, jalapeño, sour cream, and salsa
7. Add a pinch of salt and lime juice for the final flavor
