As a therapist, Ruth loves to help clients see the person they are already becoming in their personal journey. She is passionate about empowering clients to see the hope that is already in their story through experiences both in and out of the therapy room. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, she is honored to work with couples, families, and individuals in navigating the beauty and challenges of relationships.

Relationships form us whether we like it or not, and Ruth seeks to invite clients to experience the stories that have shaped them and begin to write new ones. She empowers clients to see the strength already in their lives and harness it towards their goals.
