Did you know that 1 in 5 kids aged 8 to 17 experience a mental health disorder each year? The CDC's latest data highlights a growing crisis, with anxiety and depression rates soaring amongst young people.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, Life Without Limitations wants to shine a light on the urgent need for support and preventative initiatives.
Youth development programs, like Life Without Limitations, are making a difference! By providing leadership training, mentorship, and community support, we're helping promising young people build resilience and thrive.
