Plan ahead! If you know your Saturday is jam-packed from morning to night (🙋🏼♀️) and there’s NO WAY you can fit a workout in….be ok with that! Plan to workout on Sunday, even if that’s normally the day you NEVER workout!
Guilt doesn’t belong in fitness. Be proud of when you do something great for Your Mind & Body…and be ok when you miss a day bc you have a life! ❤️
My goal is always to inspire you to start working out. From there I want you to fall in love with how you FEEL during and after that workout!!!! So much so you CHASE that feeling when you don’t get it!
