Cabworks Custom Elevators is pleased to highlight one of our CabArray Stage projects at Vi Senior Living a luxury senior living community located in Glenview, Illinois, owned by LCS. This unique residence offers inviting, high-end living spaces, picture-perfect grounds, and resort-style amenities that help residents embrace retirement living. We had the pleasure to partner with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co, on this cab project that was an exceptional addition to this property.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is proud to highlight one of its CabArray Stage cab projects at St. Mark Manor (owned by St. Mark United Methodist Church) located in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood. This mid-rise building contains 55 one-bedroom and 15 studio apartments and is part of the HUD-202 portfolio administered by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Adults of age 62 and older who meet income guidelines pay rent that is typically capped at 30 percent of their adjusted monthly earnings. We had the pleasure to partner with our friends at American Hoist & Manlift on this project.

The Cabworks CabArray Stage cab created a warm and elegant environment for residents of this property to enjoy.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is thrilled to showcase another of its custom cab projects at the Kansas City, City Hall, located in Kansas City, Missouri. Owned by the city, this building is considered to have a neo-classic or beaux arts architecture but is most notable for its art deco details and ornamentation. This is evident in many interior details, including elaborate light fixtures in the lobby and elsewhere; and exterior details where at the top floor of the six-story base, windows are replaced with a frieze of relief sculptures depicting the early settlement and growth of the Kansas City area.

Cabworks had the pleasure to partner with our friends at Otis Elevator Co to create a custom cab that accentuated and blended with this unique architecture.
