Most of you know me to work in real estate, renting apartments, renovations, and multi-family but as I reluctantly give up on my dreams of having a daddy and gracefully become the daddy I always wanted but never wanted to be, I want to spend more time doing the things that I enjoy with the people that I love. A few months ago I started a catering company, I hope you will appreciate the name, “the Hungry Hole,” and I’m excited to team up with Charlie’s Chicago this Saturday, providing the food for their first Bubbles and Brunch event. I hope you all will come out and support Charlie’s, support, me, and indulge in some great food, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere. This Saturday from 1:00 - 3:00 - Charlie’s Chicago - $20 All you can eat brunch buffet and includes 2 call drinks! I’ll be cooking up some of my favorite brunch dishes like pecan and coconut crusted french toast, breakfast blossoms with artichoke, spinach, and gourmet cheeses, sausage gravy, and a bunch more!
