Proper nutrition for truck drivers🍴
Truckers spend most of their time on the road. For the well-being of a driver, food must be balanced and healthy. You should eat 4 times a day, but in small portions. At home, you can afford to have a hearty lunch, but while driving it is accompanied by severe drowsiness. For breakfast, it would be great to have porridge with fresh or dried fruits and tea. You can also boil a couple of eggs, fry an egg or make a cheese sandwich. Lunch is the time for homemade soup with rye bread or a meat dish with a garnish. A trucker's dinner should be light and healthy. For example, a salad with chicken or fish fillet, cottage cheese with fruit or yogurt / fermented baked milk with whole grain bread. Drink more clean water - it improves metabolism and reduces hunger. It is better to exclude sweet soda - it is high-calorie and causes bloating. Above, we talked about the correct menu, taking into account a sedentary lifestyle. But it doesn't always work out that way. And sometimes drivers eat fatty meals, which is not very good.
