Hey boppers … Cheesy grits before hitting the warehouse in a blaze orange safety vest … first orders ship next week … exciting times … I’m verklempt…. tawk amongst yourselves … namaste 🙏
A slow walk.
Fresh air.
A quiet moment in the middle of everything.
Sometimes healing doesn’t look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just being here, breathing, moving, and letting today be enough.
Envy after cancer is real. Grieving who you used to be is real. And you’re allowed to feel all of it.
Drop a 🧡 if this resonates.

The one you don’t post about.
The one you don’t explain.
The one you carry quietly while still showing up every day.
Whatever you’re fighting, mentally, physically, emotionally,
may you find strength in ways people can’t always see.
And may you come out of it, still you.
But that doesn’t mean you have to force positivity all the time.
Some days are heavy. Some thoughts are loud.
And still, you can choose to keep going, even gently.
It’s not about ignoring what’s hard,
it’s about not letting it define everything.
During cancer, support often comes from everywhere.
A husband, a brother, parents, neighbors, even people you never thought to ask.
You don’t always have to ask. Sometimes, people just show up.
And that makes all the difference.
For the appointments no one saw, the nights you didn’t talk about, the fear you carried quietly, and the strength you kept showing up with anyway.
Not every fight is visible. But it’s still real. And so is your strength.
For anyone going through cancer or supporting someone who is, this hits differently.
Because the fear on day one can feel like it’s going to define everything that comes after. But sometimes, life still finds a way to give you more light than you expected.
Keep going. The story doesn’t end at diagnosis.
