Wyoming National Guard

A salute from the skies for 250 years of American independence.

Two C-130 Hercules aircraft from the 153rd Airlift Wing, Wyoming Air National Guard, flew across Wyoming on Independence Day before concluding their mission with a flyover of the Wyoming State Capitol during the Capital City Celebration in Cheyenne.

As communities across the state gathered to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the flyover honored the generations of Americans who have defended our nation's freedoms and the Citizen Airmen who continue that legacy today.
