When Wyoming Representative Ann Lucas attended a recent event hosted by Microsoft, she questioned the absence of community friendly projects that Microsoft is known for. The response was, "they [the Laramie County Commissioners] didn't ask for anything." Lucas added that requests for community centers, for example, is such a common occurrence that Microsoft has a community project division to incentivize data center development. Lucas also added, “I was very surprised at what I learned.”
