Miss Bailey may be the “baby” of the HTCA family, but you would never know it by the confidence, leadership, and heart she brings into her classroom every single day! 💛

Bailey stepped into a classroom full of spice, s***k, and BIG personalities and somehow turned all that energy into growth, learning, and determination. She has a way of seeing the potential in every student and reminding them daily that they are capable of amazing things.

“You can do hard things” is more than just a saying in Ms. Bailey’s classroom — it is a mindset she pours into each child every single day. She is constantly cheering on her students, encouraging them through challenges, celebrating their victories, and helping them believe in themselves even when things feel difficult. 📚✨

Bailey has such a special balance of kindness, patience, structure, and fun. She keeps her students engaged, laughing, learning, and growing all at the same time. Whether it’s planning exciting activities, creating meaningful moments, or simply making each child feel seen and loved, Bailey gives her whole heart to her classroom.

One of the most beautiful things about Bailey is her willingness to always learn, grow, and become even better for her students. She takes feedback with grace, works hard behind the scenes, and constantly strives to make school a place her students are excited to come to every day.

Watching Bailey step into her own this year has been such a joy. She handles challenges with maturity beyond her years, juggles more than most people realize, and continues to shine brighter with every step she takes.

Kami has been such a wonderful addition to our team! Joining us right after Christmas is no small feat, but Kami jumped in with both feet and has truly put in the work to make a difference.

From day one, she has adjusted beautifully—embracing our routines, building relationships, and bringing such a positive, uplifting presence into our school. Kami is always thinking of creative and thoughtful ways to brighten her students’ days, making each moment feel a little more special and a lot more fun.

One of the things we appreciate most about Kami is her willingness to serve wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s stepping into art, leading PE, or filling in at a moment’s notice, Mrs. Kami does it all with a joyful heart and a can-do attitude. Her flexibility and dedication do not go unnoticed—they are a true gift to our staff and students.

Mrs. McGill is truly one of a kind. She walks through our doors each day as a burst of rainbows, joy, and unwavering positivity. While many people can put on a smile to get through the day, Mrs. McGill carries a genuine, deep-rooted joy that can only come from the Lord—and it shines through in everything she does.

Her classroom is more than a place of learning—it’s a place of warmth, laughter, and belonging. Mrs. McGill creates an environment where students feel safe, known, and deeply loved. There is a steady consistency in her presence that her students rely on; they know exactly what to expect because she shows up the same way every single day—with patience, kindness, and excellence.

Mrs. McGill is the definition of prepared. She is organized, intentional, and always thinking ahead—often weeks in advance—to ensure her students have the best possible experience. But beyond the structure, she brings so much life into her classroom. Whether it’s meaningful “campfire conversations” that build connection or something as fun and silly as a fruit roll-up eating contest, she knows how to make learning memorable and joyful.

Her students adore her, and it’s easy to see why. She pours into them not just academically, but emotionally and spiritually, shaping hearts just as much as minds. Mrs. McGill sets a standard of excellence while still making every child feel capable and celebrated.
