🚨SCAM ALERT: Fraudulent Court Notice Circulating

The Cheyenne Police Department is aware of a fraudulent “court enforcement” notice being shared and received by members of the public. This document is not an official notice from the courts or law enforcement. It appears to be a scam designed to pressure recipients into making payments or scanning suspicious QR codes.

Please remember:
• Do not scan unknown QR codes
• Do not send payments based on unsolicited notices
• Verify court matters directly through official court contacts
• Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement

Scammers often use official-looking logos, court names, and urgent language to appear legitimate. If you receive a notice like this and are unsure, contact the appropriate agency directly using publicly listed phone numbers or websites.

State Rep. Daniel Singh announces bid for Senate District 31 seat 04/14/2026

State Rep. Daniel Singh announces bid for Senate District 31 seat CHEYENNE, Wyo. — State Rep. Daniel Singh recently announced his candidacy for the State Senate seat in District 31, currently held by Sen. Evie Brennan.

04/14/2026

CHEYENNE, Wyo., April 14, 2026 — Today, I am announcing my candidacy for the Wyoming State Senate in District 31.

I am deeply grateful to the people of House District 61 for electing me twice to serve in the Wyoming House of Representatives. Representing this community for two terms has been one of the greatest honors of my life. In the House, I have worked on public safety, property rights, parental rights, and emerging technologies, and I have been honored to serve as Chairman of the Select Committee on Blockchain, Financial Technology, and Digital Innovation Technology and as Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. That experience has made one thing clear to me: Wyoming needs a Senate that acts.

The Senate should be a body of action, not a place where good ideas are quietly left to die on the table. The people of Wyoming deserve open debate, recorded votes, and leaders willing to stand up and be counted.

I will continue to fight forced annexation, government overreach, and the use of taxpayer dollars by local governments to lobby against the very citizens who fund them. I will also fight for transparency as Cheyenne faces major questions about data centers, industrial growth, and the future character of our communities.

I reject the idea that progress means making Wyoming more crowded, more expensive, and less free while well connected interests cash in. I will fight to protect our water, our electricity, our way of life, and Wyoming’s small town atmosphere from those who would turn Cheyenne into another Denver or Fort Collins.

I am unapologetically pro-family because I believe the nuclear family is the bedrock of our society. I will fight for parental rights in education, for the protection of children, and for accountability and justice when it comes to s*x offenders and registered s*x offenders.

As Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, I have also worked on serious issues including fentanyl, theft, public safety, and the integrity of our justice system.

And on abortion, I am tired of politicians using the lives of the unborn as a bargaining chip to win elections. We had an opportunity to act, but we did not have the votes. If I am elected, I will push for a constitutional amendment that protects the life of the unborn.

I am grateful to the people of House District 61 for trusting me for two terms, and I am ready to take that same spirit of action and service to the Wyoming State Senate.

My name is Representative Daniel Singh, and I am announcing my candidacy for Senate District 31. I humbly ask for your prayers, your support, and your vote. God bless Wyoming, and God bless America.
