This week was a full one. In the best way.
Let me tell you about my sellers first⌠because this one deserves to be told right.
They came to me late last year. They had a number in mind, a dream for what this house could do for them, and a whole lot of sweat equity already poured into it. We ran the numbers at the start of the year and it wasnât quite where we needed it to be. Honestly? We had a real conversation about that. But they stayed patient, they kept trusting the process, and the spring market did what it does.
They ended up walking away with more than they initially thought they would.
They also did the work. Real renovations. The kind where you can tell someone actually cared about every detail. Blood, sweat, and tears in every room⌠and it showed.
Theyâre a military family, so this closing meant more than just a sale. It was the door closing on one chapter and opening on the next⌠a new base, a new adventure, and a new baby on the way. I was so honored to be part of it.
And the buyers? My husbandâs clients, a military family coming in from overseas. They are going to love every single inch of that house. Full circle moment right there.
My husband also had two other closings this week⌠one for one of his good friends (the best kind of client!), and another for a sweet family making the move up from Colorado. Cheyenne keeps welcoming the best people.
Four closings, three families, one really good week. đĄ
If youâre a military family PCSing to FE Warren or thinking about making a move, letâs talk. Iâve lived this life. I know the struggle and also the chaos!
The right home is out there and I will help you find it. No limit on showings over here. đĄâ¨

A good agent will help you buy a house. A great one will make sure itâs actually the right one.
A lot of people assume every agent is basically doing the same thing. Show homes, write offers, hand over keys. And sure, thatâs part of it.
But HOW they do that job? Thatâs everything.
The great ones ask questions before they start sending listings. They slow you down when you need it and keep up with you when time isnât on your side. They answer âwhat does escrow mean?â without making you feel behind. They point out the water stain on the ceiling. They fight for the much-needed repairs and hold firm when the other side pushes back.
Buying or selling is still going to feel like a lot. I wonât sugarcoat that. But the right agent makes sure you come out of it feeling like someone was truly in your corner the whole time.
Oh and of course still showing up long after the boxes are unpacked too. đ
If youâre thinking about a move in Cheyenne, Iâd love to chat.
