Settling Cheyenne

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Mary Anderson and I'm a Realtor with Kuzma Success Realty. My family and I moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming from Canton, Ohio in 2017. We wanted to be closer to our family in Colorado and to enjoy Wyoming's dry, sunny climate. My husband is retired and our daughter lives in Cheyenne as well. I've been a licensed Realtor since 1986, first in Florida, then Ohio, and, most recently, Wyoming and I love what I do! Before our move I spent ten years with an award winning, international real estate franchise that offered continued training for all of their agents regardless of experience. The company stressed a culture of cooperation not only for its agents, but for the whole real estate community, making transactions less stressful and more productive. Whether my client is selling a home or buying one, I pride myself on delivering an exceptional level of client service. As a listing agent I will contact the seller after each showing with feedback, and my buyer clients can rest assured I'll check new listings several times a day so they don't miss an opportunity

During my free time I enjoy exploring all that Wyoming has to offer and spending time with my family. My daughter showed on the American Quarter Horse Circuit while in school so we enjoy Wyoming's love for horses.
