FCP® Senior Vice President – Capital Markets, Elizabeth Cotter, has been honored by Kayo Conference Series as a Kayo Top 26 in ’26: DC Women in Real Estate.

Elizabeth Cotter joined FCP in September 2022 as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Prior to joining FCP, Elizabeth was Senior Vice President and Head of Debt Capital Markets at JBG SMITH. Prior to joining JBG SMITH in 2014, she spent 8 years at Bank of America and began her career at LaSalle Bank in Chicago. She holds a Master's in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

In 2025, FCP once again partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Washington, D.C. & Northern Virginia, sponsoring this year's efforts as a Bronze Hammer partner. Earlier this month, seven volunteers from FCP headed to a Constitution Avenue (DC) home, assisting with work painting the kitchen and bedrooms and completing improvements to the patio.
