Training Personally

There are no words to adequately express what I am feeling These past 7 years have been a blast. There were a few challenging times but overall I consider myself blessed beyond measure. I learned so much and grew in so many ways thanks to my client/friends. I would not change a thing. Thanks to my husband, family and friends for their love and support during my journey, my ministry, my passion, and as I tried to do this thing that made no sense for me. I am looking forward to seeing what God has in store for me next. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

I HAVE BEEN NEGLECTFUL! These are the wonderful client/friends who have earned their highly coveted gym t-shirts!! Jen, Bob, Eleni, and Beth filled their first card with 84! Visits!! Judy and Cathy filled 2 cards and Michelle 3!!! This has all happened over the past 9 months. Where has the time gone!! I just love these guys!

It was a gorgeous night for yoga in the park!
