Summer Bellydancing Classes! Join us for fun and good health this summer.

Bellydancing will improve muscle tone, balance, improve flexibility, strengthen your core, improve joint mobility, strengthen your mind-body connection, build confidence & have some fun! One hour instruction with a relaxed time after to enjoy so please invite your favorite friends!

Classes are Saturdays June 27, July 11, July 18, August 8 & August 15, 2026 at 10:00am at thrive healing Center in Chesterton. $35/class, or $150 for the 5-class bundle. Call 219-728-1891 to register, or for any questions.
