A 37 yo patient of Dr. Charles Nathan had previously undergone a dual plane submuscular augmentation and was bothered by some rippling of the skin on her bust after becoming leaner. She had very limited fat on her body that could be used to transfer and address the concern, so we opted for alloClae 12cc per side in the areas marked to minimize the rippling.
