We get a lot of questions from our customers about the term 'soft washing' versus 'power washing'. The distinction is important. We never use high pressure 'power wash' methods when we wash sensitive surfaces such as houses and certain kinds of decking and pavement. Rather, we use a low pressure 'soft wash' process in which we apply our cleaning solution, let it dwell to kill organics and lift dirt from the surface, then rinse it off using low pressure.

Many of our customers save money by having us perform multiple services rather than just one when we come out. Here we are in Kirkwood doing a pool deck wash and gutter cleaning. Jobs like these are a big win/win for us and our customers!

We recently completed an interior and exterior window cleaning project at a condo building in Clayton. We used a combination of waterfed pole (as seen in the video) and traditional tools (squeegee and mop) to get this job done effectively and efficiently.
