This week, MiTek is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8) with a global lineup of events hosted by the MiTek Women, one of MiTek’s six Employee Resource Groups (ERG).

This event includes workshops, panel discussions, fireside chats, and a presentation from keynote speaker Brittany Martin, Founder & Chief People and Culture Advisor at BeKindWorks.

2026 marks MiTek’s sixth annual IWD conference. This year’s theme, “Give Together, Gain Together,” reflects MiTek’s belief that progress happens most powerfully through collective action, shared responsibility, and inclusive support.
