BEI Tower is hiring Tower Techs and Foreman in the St. Louis Missouri Market. We are working on mostly Verizon and AT&T. We are a family friendly company and can offer very competitve pay and benefits.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, Local St. Louis Area people. We are hiring entry-level or experienced tower technicians and climbers for multiple positions in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment performs tower maintenance under close supervision.
The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Knowing the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
Communicating orally and in writing.
Qualifications:

Candidates must be willing to travel throughout Missouri and Illinois.
Willingness and ability to work long hours, overtime and/or weekends without restrictions

Must be self-motivated, hardworking, able to work as a team or individually.

Must be able to climb and work at elevations for extended periods of time

Must be healthy and fit to work outdoors for extended periods and lift 50lbs without assistance

Must adhere to safety and quality control at all times adhering to OSHA, Company and Customer requirements.
