Matoaca High School Counseling Department is excited to bring to the community the Coffee Chat Series for parents. This month's topic: Stress.

Adults and children alike experience stress in very similar ways. While the cause may be different, the ways in which we can cope are the same. Please join us virtually for a Morning Coffee Chat December 11th and 18th at 9:00 am and learn about some of the ways we teach our students to cope with stress that you may find helpful as well.
