Effective July 2026, Cycle 14 Customers will see their bill change from the 14th to the 19th of the month. To keep all billing activities aligned, the following milestones will shift five (5) calendar days later.
• Bill/Statement Date: 19th of the month (previously 14th)
• Auto-Draft (ACH/CC): shifts five days later than prior timing
• Penalty/Late Fee Assessment: shifts five days later
• Nonpayment/Service Interruption: shifts five days later
No action is required unless you are enrolled in credit card auto draft. If you are enrolled, you will need to log in to your online customer portal and select your new payment due date, so it aligns with your updated billing cycle. Your new billing dates will come 5 days later than your previous schedule. This change will be reflected in your next bill.

UPDATE: BOIL WATER ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED
UPDATE: Water has been restored and all those who experienced no water at the following addresses are on a Boil Water Advisory. If you experience discolored water, please flush your lines for 5 to 10 minutes.
Customers on Ella Street and State Street in Chester will experience an interruption of service while Distribution crews make repairs in the area. Service is expected to be off for approximately four (4) hours. Upon restoration of service, affected Customers will be under a Boil Wayer Advisory. Please check back for updates.
