🌟 Therapist Spotlight: Lilas Humen, LCSW

Meet Lilas Humen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families navigating stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Lilas believes therapy is a collaborative process and focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

Lilas supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, OCD, eating and feeding concerns, gender identity exploration, relationship challenges, substance use, and difficulties coping with change. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and short-term, solution-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals.

With experience across inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient settings, Lilas brings both depth and flexibility to her work. She helps clients build practical coping tools, draw on their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
