Finished Athlete 25 today! It wasn’t pretty, but it’s done! what a finisher at the end 😮‍💨. Pretty proud 🥵

If you haven’t seen this, there was some research that came out about grip strength being an indicator of overall health and longevity, so of course I had to get a dynamometer. If you’ve ever been a patient, the result is not surprising. 😂 My right hand is significantly stronger than my left, so I will have to work on that. I will have this in the office for anyone who wants to try during their next appointment.
