🏗️ Project Update – West Chester Fire Station (Chester, SC) Chester County, South Carolina

Progress is coming along nicely with MCON Fern Creek Group, LLC

The drywall is up, and mechanical work is underway, with spaces starting to feel more defined as the build moves forward.

Site work and finishing details are continuing as the project heads toward the next phase.

Project Update – Lancaster County Coroner’s Office

Construction continues to move forward at the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office, with major structural progress now clearly visible on site. The steel framework and exterior wall systems are in place, and the building envelope is quickly taking shape as crews continue advancing the project.

Interior work is also progressing, with the structural framing and slab areas prepared to support the next phases of construction. It’s always impressive to see a project evolve from site work to a fully defined structure.

Great work by MCON Fern Creek Group, LLC, an authorized Nucor Building Systems builder, as they continue pushing the project forward.

Construction continues to move forward at the West Chester Fire Station. The exterior structure and apparatus bay doors are now in place, and interior framing and mechanical systems are actively being installed.
