Making A Change Group is seeking energetic, positive, and dependable Camp Counselors to join our Team MAC Summer Camp staff!

📅 Camp Dates: July 6 – August 14, 2026
🕣 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
👧🏾👦🏽 Ages Served: 8–13 years old
📍 Location: Chester, PA

Our campers enjoy:

✅ Swimming & Outdoor Activities
✅ Mentorship & Empowerment Sessions
✅ Fitness & Nutrition Workshops
✅ Games, Team Building & More

To be a Camp Counselor, you must:

✔️ Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
✔️ Be reliable, responsible, and enjoy working with children

As we continue to share our appreciation, we want to highlight our recent Staff & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner held at Gather Event Space and catered by Everybody Eats.

With staff, volunteers, board members, and a few spouses in attendance, it was an opportunity to simply say thank you to the people who make this work possible every day.

We are proud to serve alongside this team and privileged to work together in support of Chester’s youth and families. While much of their work happens behind the scenes, these are the individuals helping to make our community a better place through mentorship, support, advocacy, and service.

To our staff, volunteers, board members, and the families who support them behind the scenes, thank you for your commitment, your sacrifices, and your belief in the mission.

As this program year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize Antoine “Zeez” Landing for his dedication and service to Making A Change Group.

Since joining our team in 2023, Zeez has served as a mentor, role model, and advocate for young people in our schools and community. Along the way, he completed Cognitive Behavioral Theory training, earned his PA AHEC Community Health Worker Certification, and helped impact countless youth and families.

More than anything, Zeez has been a brother to our team and someone we could always count on when the work needed to get done.

Thank you for your commitment, your growth, and your contributions over the years.
