We are hiring Professional House Cleaners!!!
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour

All Team Members of our company must meet the following requirements:
1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. You must be available Monday-Friday between 9:00am - 5:00 pm.
3. Weekends opportunity Saturday-Sunday 9am-2pm paying $22.00 per hour.
3. Must have a valid driver’s licenses.
4. Successful undergo a nationwide criminal background check and have a clean driving record.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00/hour
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Full-time hours: 40hrs per week
Pay periods: Weekly pay
Expected Start Date: 10/20/2023

Janitorial Cleaning Tech
Start Date 9/22/23 ASAP
Work Location: Virginia Beach (Indian River)
Work Setting: Hospital
Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Working Hours: 2 hours
Work Clock-In Time: M-F 5pm-7pm Only
Work Clock-In Time: Saturday Anytime
Hourly Pay: $20.00
Paid Weekly $250.00
Work-site location: Will specify location upon employment

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Replacing linen from 8 hospital beds daily cleaning 8-10 small bathrooms daily.
*Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
* Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
* Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
* Using electrically powered pick up machines.
* To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments.
* To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels)
* To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks,
* The use of chemical agents as directed by the Supervising Officer in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training.
* To undertake wall washing or inside window pane.
* To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
* Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds.
* Ability to operate manual and mechanized equipment.
* Full range of motion.
* Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, reach above shoulders.
* Ability to maintain continuous walking, standing, bending or stooping for extended periods of time.
* Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
* Sight required to visually inspect work site.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
•Work is for the most part performed in an indoor climate of average daily seasonal temperatures.
•This position will NOT supervise management & employees.
