This spring, RBA Architects is proud to celebrate four team members who represent the heart of what we have built over 25 years.
Lisa Young, 3 years. Chris Elam, 5 years. Barrett Adams, 14 years. Jaclyn Patterson, 19 years.
Forty one combined years of dedication, expertise, and commitment to the work and the people behind it. Each of them brings something distinct to RBA, and together they reflect exactly the kind of culture that makes this milestone meaningful.

Sometimes a client says exactly what a team member deserves to hear.
When we asked a long-term client what they appreciate most about working with RBA, they didn't hesitate. They called out Jaclyn Patterson by name.
