This 74-year-young patient came to me after a breast augmentation 15 years ago with 320cc silicone implants.
Her goal was clear: a more natural appearance without the “obvious implant look.”
I exchanged her implants for 235cc silicone implants and placed them subpectorally to create a smoother, more natural chest-to-breast transition. A breast lift was also performed to improve ni**le position and tighten the skin envelope.
She is just 1 week out from surgery, and already we’re seeing a softer, more balanced result.

Can Various Procedures Be Combined?
Many patients come to their consultation with more than one area of concern — breasts, abdomen, arms, thighs. While some procedures can safely be combined, not all combinations are ideal.
During your consultation, we evaluate anesthesia time, your overall health, and even incision placement to determine what can be done safely together. Sometimes spacing procedures out is the better option for healing and long-term results.
