ESTIMATOR: Looking for an experienced auto collision estimator capable of handling busy DRP & non DRP accounts. Proficient with CCC & ADP.
Mon-Thurs 7:15-5:30 & Friday 7:15 - 6:30, will also work 1 Saturday a month 7:45 - 12noon.

Administrative Assistant: No experience required. Will train the right candidate in customer service, front office clerical responsibilities, basic vehicle knowledge & CCC collision estimating platform.
This is an entry level opportunity with potential for on the job training to become an auto collision estimator.

Custodial dept: Need to be able to keep office spaces cleaned daily. Trash removal & shop clean up daily. Able to bend, stoop, kneel down, lift above shoulder height on a regular basis. Must be able to lift & move 50lbs or more. Responsible for minor shop maintenace & repairs. Responsible for property grounds clean up, debris removal, window cleaning & interior facility cleanliness. Also will assist with retrieving parts when needed. Assist with retrieving & delivering vehicles to other departments as needed. Will be responsible for shuttle services as needed. Must have good customer service & communication skills. Must be available for Monday - Friday. No Saturdays or Sundays required unless otherwise specified.
This is a 40 hour per week position.

Detail dept: Must be able to wash & vacuum vehicles to meet shop, customer & insurance company expectations. Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment. Must be able to maintain a clean & organized workplace. Will also assist with picking up & dropping off vehicles from other vendors & dealerships. Also will assist in shop clean up & maintenance of property grounds. This is a 40 hour per week position. Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm with a 1hour lunch break.
The right applicant may have the opportunity to pursue a position as an apprentice technician in automotive collision repairs &/or refinishing.
