Funmi Ilori is a Mandela Washington Fellow, Young African Leader, and the founder of the iRead Mobile Library, a powerful books-on-wheels initiative bringing stories to children across Nigeria. She is also an educational psychologist, a prolific children’s author, and a passionate storyteller who truly brings books to life.

Our students were completely engaged as she read from her books, including Cracked, Bambo Goes to the Zoo, and My iReflect Journal. Her energy, storytelling, and heart for literacy made such a lasting impact on everyone in the room.
