I’ve been grieving the loss of Evening Fame so much.. I haven’t even posted Pauline’s baby. This would be Fancy’s full brother “Twister” aka Evening Twister … because he can twist and be gone just like that. And we do live in Kansas after all 🌪️

Thank you Evening Fame for leaving a part of you today. It’s a filly.. I was really hoping for a c**t out of this cross. But it’s OK she’s perfect and healthy! We will breed her later on down the road. This cross will not be for sale. This filly is out of our Guys Pocket Coin mare who is out of a 1D producing Title Contender mare 💗 Thank you Teagarden Quarter Horses for selling us Lady last year. We love this broodmare! We also own Lady’s full brother Guy, who is shaping up to be a super nice barrel horse who will definitely be a barn burner 1D gelding soon. I am in love already… but all of Evening Fames babies make it SO easy.

I am gathering information together for Evening Fame offspring so you know how to handle your foals incentives. I know that will be a question you all will eventually have. I’ll let you know this week or next. ❤️

This is the last picture I took of Evening Fame after we got home from collecting Friday evening. He’s now buried on the other side of the pond next to his babies and mares. It’s very beautiful and peaceful under the tree.
