A couple of windows were missed during the siding phase, and one of our younger carpenters, Trevor, stepped up to take them on. While he didn’t have much prior experience with this type of work, he understood the fundamentals and jumped at the opportunity to learn something new.

That’s the kind of attitude we value—growth, initiative, and pride in the finished product. We’re always looking for ways to help our team build their skills while delivering clean, quality work for our customers.
