A sponsorship question for the group.

How many of you have gone after sponsors for your program and come away with crickets? Great idea, awesome activation ...and then silence.

I'm curious about what you are seeing in club racing today. The world is changing, and unfortunately, the silent response is becoming more common.

As you may know, I work in sponsorship coaching for the CHARGE agency. I raced in SCCA B-Spec years ago and even wrote a book about branding and sponsorship. In sponsorship coaching, I talk to racing drivers all the time, and I see some trends emerging.

What are you seeing out there? Trying to understand where your challenges are today.
