Applications Now Open for the AC Units Program

The program is open to all income-eligible Chelsea residents who meet the program's criteria, regardless of their immigration status. The application deadline is noon on July 29, 2022.

Paper applications are available to pick up at the entrance of City Hall during business hours. Applicants should complete the application form in hard copy and return it to Chelsea City Hall, Housing & Community Development, Room 101, Chelsea, MA 02150, or you can access the digital applications through the following links:
