Fusion Bistro

This would be my pick of my last meal. Vietnamese traditional family style supper. Braised ginger chicken, Chinese sausage with loads of fresh herbs and baby mixed greens. Yes, I ate this entire plate of herbs (rao song)in one sitting.

Chocolate “soufflé” like cake.....I’m baaaack!

Lamb chorizo Roasted veggies bowl. Brussel sprouts, red bell peppers, shaved garlic parmesan tomatoes, chick peas. Balsamic glaze.

Shaved garlic parmesan roasted tomatoes. So simple yet so garlicy tasty. You can eat it as an app or as a side.
