CAPIC thanks the Chelsea Black Community (CBC) and the City of Chelsea for hosting a beautiful Juneteenth Celebration last week. It was an amazing day and so nice to see so many people out in the City. CAPIC is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our agency and the communities we serve.
