The sting of Tuesday's defeat was discussed with fellow Lackawanna native, and former NFL quarterback, Ron "Jaws" Jaworski. Ron was attending the New York State Troopers Signal '30' Benefit Dinner in Rochester last evening. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all of my supporters who stepped up and joined me in this campaign. I had hopes that maybe we could change the direction in NY District 63. As "Jaws" and I have learned growing up in Western NY,
pick yourself up, figure it out, and fight some more. Let's all keep fighting for a better New York.

Prayers for our New York State Trooper who was hit by a vehicle yesterday on the Northway (St. Rt. 87) in the Town of Colonie, N.Y.. Our trooper suffered severe injuries and is in stable/serious condition at Albany Medical Center.

Last few days of campaigning, but never too busy to participate in the Veterans Parade. It was a beautiful day for a walk down McKinley Parkway in South Buffalo. Always honor and thank our veterans who have fought to protect our freedom and right to vote..!

Common sense is on the ballot.

With over 300,000 Polish Americans living in Western New York, I am proud of my Polish/Ukrainian/Italian decent. I am also proud to accept the endorsement of the Polish American Civic Affairs Committee of WNY. I will always support the causes and values of Polonia in District 63 of the New York State Senate.

It was great to speak at the Town of Cheektowaga "Meet the Candidate" event last evening. The turnout was impressive and the reception was welcoming. After the presentations, conversations with voters were encouraging. November 5th is right around the corner..!

On a recent visit to the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter, it was great to meet the volunteers and staff who work tirelessly to care for the cats and dogs at the shelter. Please consider supporting the shelter with donated treats or supplies. The kennels were full of fine adoptable animals that need a home.
