Season Readiness Programs
Thank you for your interest in our Season Readiness Programs at RFM Skating and Skills! These programs are specifically designed to prepare players for the physical and tactical demands of the upcoming season.

Over the course of 5 weeks (Mondays), our coaching staff will lead high-energy sessions that balance technical skill development with situational awareness. We focus on ensuring players are not just "skating," but are "game-ready." Through consistent progression and quality instruction from our certified coaches, players will continue developing into stronger, smarter, and faster athletes.

Mite Readiness Program for ages 5–8, is designed to build a strong foundation in skating, puck control, passing, shooting, coordination, and basic game awareness through fun drills, skill development, and small-area games that help prepare players for mite hockey.

All Girls Clinic for ages 10–17 is designed specifically for female athletes and focuses on the skills needed to compete in today’s game while continuing to build confidence, hockey IQ, and overall player development.
