When it comes to paint care, simply washing your car and drying it off isn’t going to cut it. One needs to invest in proper paint maintenance if they aim to hold longevity and resale value with their vehicle.

A part of this process involves removing bug residue, tar, road grime, tree sap, paint overspray, and industrial fallout; things that usually persist after a decent wash.

This process can be done with clay treatment. No only does it help remove bonded contaminates but the surface of your paint is typically smoother to the touch and more prepped for the next stage which is your actual paint protection. After all, it doesn’t make much sense to put wax or sealant over a bunch of imbedded contaminates.
