Stealing the Throne Part 1 - Brickscalibur The Heist of the Century

Our three elite thieves have been given a very special mission by a noble in the kingdom. They have been tasked with “Stealing the Throne” for this noble. Unfortunately the thieves misunderstood the instructions and missed the implication entirely. Instead of working to overthrow the king and place the noble on the throne, they thought the noble actually wanted the throne itself. So they waited until a particularly rowdy feast night and started to chip at the wall behind the throne until they could attach ropes to it. They attached their horses to the wall and yanked; pulling free the wall and throne. Then they fled into the night, not even realizing they had also accidentally kidnapped the king at the same time.

After many battles the Candy Cane Army has finally reached the gates of the Gingerbread castle. This desperate battle will mark the end for one of these to forces— but who will be the victor?

The Empire of Frost - Brickscalibur Faction Action

This is a custom Lego castle faction - the Empire of Frost. This faction is known to inhabit the high mountains and live amongst the snow and winds of these high places. Lead by the Snow Lord and his animal companion, each member of this elite squad fills an important role.

The Snow Lord rose to his position due to his wisdom and cunning. Bonding to his cat at a young age, he guides the warriors and clan from the front.

Following the Snow Lord is the Frozen Spearman, a master of the spear and bodyguard of the chief. Next is the Abominabarbarian, a master of stealth and an unstoppable force when in a rage. Next is the Witch of the North, with the power to control ice and mountain storms. Next is the Golden Tooth, an elite sabertooth warrioress who fights with a polearm. Next is the Ice Knight, who wields two swords. Next is Sabbers, Golden Tooth’s mate and a menace with a curved saber. Next is the Snow Lords little brother, a giant with a great axe and more strength than the rest of them put together. Lastly is their Scout, an archer and tracking master.

Sloppy Scholar - Brickscalibur Rock, Paper, Scissors

This aged scribe had always been told he should put his scrolls away and keep his table clear, but he didn’t listen. He just kept piling his work up on the stone table. One day, the table gave up, cracking under the weight of the paper. This is an example of medieval paper beats rock.

The Royal Bee Riding Florist - Brickscalibur Beasts of Burden

In the magical kingdom of Azalea one of the most important jobs is that of the royal florist. Living in a kingdom with giant flowers, the florists found it impossible to build beautiful bouquets. At first they tried other means of getting the giant flowers to the castle, but everything ended with the flowers being damaged or crushed. After many years of training, the Bee Riders now fly to distant flower fields and return with just what the royal florist has ordered.

Genie Encounter - Brickscalibur Arabian Knights

A merchant living and trading in Arabia found a lamp one day. Standing before his cart in the market, he rubbed the lamp and a beautiful genie came out. “I will grant you your one greatest wish” the genie said. The merchant thought for a moment and then said “I wish I was a rich man.” “Granted” the genie replied and in a flash the merchant’s cart and stall vanished. “What!?!” Screamed the merchant. The Genie calmly replied, “You wished you were rich. I have made it so you WERE rich and now you are even poorer than before we met.”

Manta Rider - Lego ideas 20,000 Bricks under the sea submission

Deep in the separator sea, a thriving sub-aquatic civilization remained hidden from humans for centuries. The lords of this civilization found need to elite scouts and message carriers. Thus were born the Manta Riders. They have been trained from a young age to bond with a manta ray and ride with them through the oceans. 🌊 🐠🧜‍♂️

I was inspired in this build to try and find a way to utilize brick separators in an unexpected way. This build was originally going to be part of my other submission but I ran out of space and decided to make it a standalone build. I included the octopus den and other coral NPU to help set the scene. 🐙🦀🪸

Caught trespassing - Lego ideas 20,000 Bricks under the sea submission

The problem with diving is that, while you may be a knowledgeable diver (for a human), you don’t know everything. And while it may sound exhilarating to explore a part of the ocean that no diver has successfully charted before, there are risks. But this diver didn’t find those risks concerning or the gap in mankind’s map to be suspicious. And now that he’s been caught trespassing, he’s wishing he had. Taken before the king of the seas and his advisors, he must think quickly to convince them that he will not reveal their secret—a thriving sub-aquatic civilization of merfolk, crustaceans, sharks, octopuses and sirens, hidden from humans. 🧜‍♂️🦀🐙

I was inspired in this build to try and find a way to utilize brick separators in an unexpected way. I settled on the idea of pillars because I thought they had a vaguely roman or Greek style. After using every orange brick separator I owned I started working on NPU for the coral. Look closely and you’ll find car wheel hubs, street sweeper brushes and some chef hats. 👨‍🍳🛞🪸
