Weather prep starts long before the storm arrives. Our teams monitor weather forecasts daily, often tracking storms 7-10 days out so we can begin preparing early. From stocking critical materials and maintaining equipment to trimming vegetation near power lines and staging crews, every department plays a role in helping us respond safely and efficiently.
As storms get closer, coordination ramps up across the company to position resources, prepare response teams, and keep customers informed every step of the way. It’s all part of our year round commitment to keeping our community connected and powered when it matters most.
