🌞🌞The first week of summer camp can be scary when youth are nervous about meeting new friends and participating in activities, but we remind them every day with words of encouragement! Our camp counselors designed signs around the center to remind youth of how to be their best! Summer camp is where you build lasting memories and friendships! 💜

The Community Development Department is excited to welcome the Spanish National Team, La Furia Roja, to Chattanooga as they prepare for the FIFA World Cup!

ICYMI: The Senior Health & Fitness Day at Glenwood Community Center offered health screenings, local vendors, fun gift prizes, and group exercises for older adults!

What an amazing turnout for the annual SOS Fest. This year, we packed out Carver Community Center with vendors, games, local resources, and most of all fun fellowship with community leaders and residents!!

Bring the family out to the Shepherd Community Center on Saturday, June 6 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for a day filled with music, food, vendors, games, and great vibes for all ages. 🚗🎶🌭🎈
This year’s celebration will also honor Malcolm Walker Day, recognizing Mr. Walker’s more than 50 years of service and dedication to the Shepherd community. ❤️
