Reliable Property Maintenance

Looking to hire for our mobile residential maintenance technician position. This is a 1099 position to begin with. Requires basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing, appliances and carpentry. Jobs could range from pressure washing and painting to general repairs and maintenance such as repairing toilets, faucets, electrical, etc. Basic tools needed (Drills, saws, screwdrivers, hand tools). Reliable transportation with minimum state required insurance.(Prefer if you have a truck, suv or van) Clean driving record. Very competitive pay based on experience. $15-$25 /hr.
