Jess usually prefers not to dip *any* food in any kind of sauce or condiment. On rare occasions, such as this one, we are able to encourage her to give it a try. She enjoyed these chips with a *tiny* bit of salsa! 😁

It’s my birthday! I was so shocked and happy when I arrived back to my surprise party with friends and family! ❤️ I also learned that I share a birthday with Elmo! 😂

Snow!! It so rarely snows around here, that even just a small amount like this is quite magical! Lots of you may ask if Jess likes the snow, and the answer is a definitive NO 😬. It makes her anxious that the roads may be too icy to drive on, therefore interrupting plans and everyone’s regular routine.

We tried something new! Have you ever had one of these Velveeta skillet meals? We’ve done hamburger helper before, but never one of these. Jess and I both loved it!!
