SPARC's Racing Teams were very successful in the 2026 Waterfront Triathlon despite the heat! Congratulations to all of our athletes who competed and thank you volunteers who assisted not only SPARC athletes, but also all athletes by working for Magic Sports. SPARC's Individuals who won awards in their race categories included: First Place: James Milam and Connie Roberts. SPARC Relay Teams who won awards included: First Place: "SPARC SPRINT" (Mindi Shoup and Andy Helms); "SPARC Generations"(Megan Manley and Kristina Manley); "Captain Good Times" (Mitch Kohlmann and Ben Hudson); Second Place: "SPARC Lightning" (Dawn Oakes, Whit McDonald, and Jenna Dotter); Third Place: "SPARC Valor" (Molly Hys, Leslie Gentry, and Jed Mescon); "SPARC Flamethrowers" (Brannon White, Kevin Frifeldt, and Heather Lyles)! Congratulations to all athletes who competed in this great event! SPARC’s first adaptive cycling event of 2026 was held yesterday afternoon and was blessed with 27 participants, 45 volunteers, plus family members and beautiful weather! Thanks to everyone who attended, especially the ladies of Soddy United Methodist Church who brought great snacks, and our partners Chattanooga Therapeutic Recreation and Outdoor Chattanooga! We are looking forward to another great Cycling Season! ; ; ;
