During the session, he discussed lessons learned from BlueSky Institute’s first several years and emphasized the program’s growing value to both BCBST and our state’s workforce pipeline. Members of BlueSky Institute’s Cohort 5 recently gathered on the BCBST campus for the first time at the program’s accepted applicants celebration. Attendees mingled with current students and graduates, as well as leaders from BlueCross and ETSU. We look forward to formally celebrating these students at our Signing Day event later this month!

During last week’s Read Across America celebration, members of BlueSky Tennessee Institute Cohort 4 spent a morning reading to classrooms at Hardy Elementary. Some of the students even sang for their BlueSky readers!
