THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
In the Spring of 2022, Chase Buckner and Kelly Szemborski set out to form a Real Estate Brokerage with two main goals:
1) Create a platform where they could better serve their clients.
2) Create a Real Estate Brokerage where other real estate agents could thrive.
Freestone Property Group was then formed in the Spring of 2023 with these ideals. The name “Freestone” pays tribute to freestone rivers and streams. Freestone rivers and streams are naturally occurring waterways that occur from rain, snowmelt, and tributaries. They typically originate high in the mountains and ebb and flow as they make their way downstream to their destination. These waterways flow naturally and unobstructed.
Chase and Kelly wanted a Real Estate Brokerage that was similar. A brokerage without all the bureaucracy and formalities that are associated with larger/national firms. An agency that could adapt to changing markets and client needs without corporate protocols and other red tape.
