Today was filled with hard work, focused study, thoughtful discussion, and hours of movement. These teachers are committed to learning not just the exercises, but the deeper concepts and principles that create truly transformative teaching.

We are incredibly fortunate to learn from Janice Dulak, whose knowledge and experience were passed down directly from Romana Kryzanowska. Preserving and sharing this lineage is both a privilege and a responsibility.

Everyone worked diligently today to absorb, understand, and embody this remarkable body of work. I have no doubt there will be some sore muscles tomorrow—but those are simply signs of growth and progress.
